All products are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required before production begins.

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Custom orders require customer approval of measurements and design prior to printing.
   

Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements.

Jocasta Designs is not responsible for:

• Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
   
• Installation errors by third parties
   
• Color variations due to screen differences
   

We recommend ordering extra material (typically 5–10%) to account for trimming and installation.

• Standard production time: 3–7 business days
   
• Custom or large-scale projects may require additional time
   
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
   

Customers will receive updates once their order is in production and shipped.

• Free standard U.S. shipping may be offered on qualifying orders
   
• Expedited shipping options (e.g., FedEx Ground) are available at checkout
   
• Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method
   
• Jocasta Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
   

Where installation services are offered:

• Installation fees are quoted separately
   
• The installation area must be clean, smooth, and ready
   
• Additional wall preparation may result in extra charges
   

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final.

However, we will offer replacements or solutions if:

• The product arrives damaged
   
• There is a verified manufacturing defect
   
• You receive the wrong item
   

To request a resolution, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on the Jocasta Designs website are the exclusive property of Jocasta Designs.

You may not:

• Distribute
   
• Modify
   

any designs without written permission.

Jocasta Designs is not liable for:

• Improper installation
   
• Wall surface issues
   
• Indirect or incidental damages
   
• Losses resulting from misuse of products
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
